You contribute to a product that will forever change how work is done in Finance Teams. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with the CTO and Principal Engineers across a broad range of technologies - from AI agents and integrations with third-party services to insightful dashboards for CFOs. As an early team member in our fast-moving startup, your work will be highly impactful, with direct influence on our product direction and company success.
What you will do
Design, develop, and deploy AI Agents, their tools, automation services, and dashboards that drive real business impact.
Work across the stack, tackling whatever is most urgent. Whether it’s backend infrastructure, API integrations, AI model deployment, or frontend UI development.
Collaborate closely with our CTO and Principal Engineers engineers who have scaled production systems, learning best practices while contributing your own insights.
Build and scale our platform on AWS, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Balance speed and scale - delivering quickly while laying a solid technical foundation.
What we are looking for
Passion for building combined with a “Making it Happen” attitude with the ability to tackle ambiguity and wear multiple hats in an early-stage environment.
Ability to independently deliver high-quality results in alignment with senior engineers.
Growth-oriented mentality - willing to learn/fail fast, iterate, and push boundaries.
Strong foundation in software engineering principles and experience with modern development frameworks. You’ll be working with Python and React/TypeScript ecosystems depending on the challenge at hand.
Comfort working on the AWS Cloud and applying modern DevOps practices.
