We are looking for our first Marketing Manager to establish and scale our marketing function. This is a hands-on role where you will work directly with the founders, combining strategy and execution. Depending on your profile, the position can be part-time or full-time, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role.
What you will do
Define and execute product marketing strategies (positioning, messaging, launches)
Build our brand presence among CFOs and treasury leaders
Create and manage content (thought leadership, digital campaigns, video)
Drive lead generation through outbound marketing initiatives
Organize customer and community events
Experiment with AI-powered marketing tools and agents to scale activities
What we are looking for
Experience in B2B software marketing, ideally in startups
Understanding of finance buyer personas (CFOs, treasury, finance execs)
Proven ability to build marketing from scratch
Creative, resourceful, and interested in AI-driven tools
Based in Munich, with office presence preferred
German language skills are a plus
