You will define, build, and launch specialized AI Agents. Digital Employees that help CFOs and finance teams improve outcomes, optimize performance, and operate with greater efficiency. You’ll own product vision, strategy and execution. You translate market and customer insights into a clear roadmap, and drive execution from concept to adoption.
This role combines deep financial industry domain understanding with strong technical fluency to allow you to operate at the intersection of business and tech. You’ll work closely with Engineering to ensure solutions are not only innovative but also feasible, scalable, and performant. You’ll conduct customer research, identify unmet needs, and validate solutions through rapid prototyping and hypothesis testing. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives from idea to release, making data-informed decisions and iterating quickly. Success means delivering products that transform how finance leaders make decisions and achieve results.
What you will do
Own and drive the product roadmap for AI-powered financial management agents, aligning strategy with company goals, customer outcomes, and measurable business impact.
Translate complex financial workflows into intuitive, scalable product experiences with clear ROI.
Conduct deep customer research, prototype quickly, test hypotheses, and validate decisions with data.
Partner with Engineering, Design, and support Go-To-Market as a subject matter expert to deliver high-impact results.
Define, track, and act on success metrics, iterating quickly and continuously refining the product.
What we are looking for
Prior experience in financial consulting, audit or (tech) product management in a FinTech or finance-focused organization.
Expertise in at least one major financial domain (Accounts Payable/Receivable, Cash Management, Treasury) with a strong understanding of industry workflows.
Technical and product management depth, with the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams and influence technical decisions.
Highly analytical mindset along typical financial processes - you use data to prioritize, validate, and communicate product decisions.
Exceptional communication skills - able to clearly articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
