We’re looking for highly motivated Working Students as AI/Software Engineers who thrive in fast-moving environments and are eager to build cutting-edge AI-driven solutions. As an early team member, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with the CTO and Principal Engineers across a broad range of technologies: From AI agents and integrations with third-party services to building insightful dashboards for CFOs. Your work will be highly impactful, with direct influence on our product direction and company success.
What you will do
Design, develop, deploy and continuously improve our AI Agent swarm and their tools to drive impact for our customers.
Work on projects across the Flowzar Tech Stack: From backend infrastructure, API integrations, AI components, to frontend UI/Dashboard development.
Collaborate closely with our CTO and Principal Engineers engineers who have scaled production systems, learning best practices while contributing your own insights.
Build and scale our cloud platform on AWS, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Balance speed and scale - delivering quickly while laying a solid technical foundation.
What we are looking for
Passion for building combined with a “Making it Happen” attitude with the ability to tackle ambiguity and wear multiple hats in an early-stage environment.
Ability to independently deliver high-quality results in alignment with team members.
Growth-oriented mentality - willing to learn/fail fast, iterate, and push boundaries.
Experience with AI / RAG / Agent Technologies and profound understanding of underlying concepts.
Ideally, first experience with the AWS Cloud and applying modern DevOps practices.
